Incorrect Billing

Signed a 36 months contract clearly stipulating 529 p/month. I'm now billed 732 and being sent from pillar to post when I logged a query. 3 months into the contract my issue still not resolved, want to terminate the damn contract but told of charges. Now my line is suspended but I have been paying the contract amount religiously

We picked up that the request was sent to the billing department for assistance to fix the package, this request is in the billing que .

We have escalated the complaint for the package to be rectified, once done we will pass the credit for the subscription difference.

Once done, will that be another 3 months? When was this so called request sent to the billing department because the two queries lodged were closed by the same department with unsatisfactory results. I have been patient enough with this company, if there's no response by Friday I'm escalating to ICASA
