incorrect amount deducted from account

I have received my latest bank statement and notice that MTN have billed me for R213.29 on 29/5/2015.
I have a new contract signed 0n 10/4/15 where I upgraded to UYO @ 39 , where I am meant to pay an amount of R39 per month to retain my number , as I am out of the country for the next 12 months and will not need to use the phone .Please arrange to refund the R213.29 and invoice me only for the amount I am due to pay - ie R39
My account number is N***. I look forward to a refund from MTN for this overcharge.
Thank you for your post.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly note that our system show that you upgraded the contract in April.
The first invoice amounted to R213.29 because there is a once off upgrade charge of R92.10.
On your package there is 300MB of data which you are charged R60.79.
R3.50 for promo fees. This is an amount that you get charged if the handset issued was more than the value of your package.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
