incorrect Amount debited
I signed for a contract for 24 months for an amount of R449, I kept on calling Mtn for their assistance to check my contract, but to no assistance I was sent from pillar to post, according to my knowledge I was supposed to be debited the amount we agreed upon, how ever I was debited R2,418.49 which I did not agree with, not I have been calling MTN since Friday fro a breakdown of the amount debited from my account, even today I still cant get thought to their accounts department. kindly assist as I cant get through to try and sort the matter out.
