Incorrect Advise
I was given incorrect information or advice by one of their Agent.... spoke to Marisha Harilal, Cindy Fynn and Beverly who were very rude and not willing to assist. I was told that MTN will not honor what the consultant advised. Been waiting for a Senior manager to call me but no luck
