Incorrect Advertising

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm due for an upgrade. On Saturday I went to your Tygervalley Centre store. I requested the LG Stylus 2 which is advertised in the catalogue at R269. When the guy assisting me checked the system the price was still loaded as R299.</p> <p> </p> <p>He said he'll send a mail to head office and contact me on Monday. Today still no response so went in and spoke with another lady who called the guy that assisted me on Saturday and he said the price is a printing error in the catalogue. To which I was told it's R299 or nothing or I can call MTN to complain.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is the case then why is the price advertised in the store phone display area also stated as R269? See attached photo.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really poor advertising and service as the guy never called me to inform.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please call me asap to explain how the in store pricing is also incorrectly displayed?</p> <p><br />Regards</p>
