MTN is full of ****, first my charger was not working after talking ba contract and I was given an old charger, secondly I loaded a debit order sometimes they don't debit or double debit my account without explanation and terminate my services, now I want to close the stupid account n it's a problem. I sent a letter to retention a week ago up to date no reply, I call their call centre everyday with no luck. This is a ****en joke, can some please send me my closing balance or Il stop paying the ****en account n u blacklist me il take it further, ,, can't deal with this **** anymore
