Inconvenience

My partner wanted to upgrade her phone on Friday as part of black Friday deals.She was offered what we thought is a good deal online however she wanted to see the actual phone and asked was advised to go to MTN shop for the deal.However upon arriving at the shop she was told that such offers are not offered by MTN branch.We drove kilometers to get to the shop only to be told that we can't do upgrade at the branch.Its only online deals.Dissapointed
