Inconsistent service.

I took out a R249 contract home lte with MTN. It was ment to be delivered the Wednesday but only arrived 2 days later. I was told it would be plug and play but it's day 3 now and still have no internet connection. I've tried to call the department but the call keeps dropping. Help please. My contact number is ***.
