inconsistency

i recently took out another contract with mtn in october from my first provisions i had a problem that i had to call and ask for my data and my sms bundle before that was provided i had to go through call centre agents who are so *********** that some told me i had received my bundles and some told me my package does not include whatever i am claiming, again this money i have been querying my smses and when i moticed that they loaded something it is not what i have signed up for, why do i have to go through such trouble i even spoke to Fezile a supervisor from mtn 14th avenue who promised to follow up and give feedback the next day till today i am waiting, i am not willing to pay for an incomplete service i will reverse my debit order nd pay in cash what i thnk mtn deserves.
