Inconsiderate!!!!!!!!!
After two months of unsuccessful attempts to upgrade my SIM-Only contract with MTN, I have decided to cancel it. Despite revoking the initial cancellation (Ref *** on 7 Feb '24) to give them another chance, I have received no resolution. MTN now expects me to wait another 30 days for the cancellation to be processed 'as per their process.' This treatment is unacceptable considering I spend over R3000 per month on my MTN contracts.
Resolution Requested: I request that MTN cancels my contract immediately.
