inconpetence costing me money and time

<p>In 2012 there was ********** activity using my ID with a few of the cell phone service providers. All of these were cleared at the time, which involved a lot of admin from my side -spending money and time i did not have. Now four years later trying to open a new contract with Cell-C i am told to call XDS ********** 000 and get a letter from them. XDS tell that i owe Mtn some money from a dispute that was supposed to have been closed four years ago. I have never used Mtn, pre or post paid. After this i don't see a chance of me doing that. Why do i have to deal with this four years later!!! FOUR!!!</p>
