incomplete information

I have a cellphone contract with mtn, so I went to the store last year and told Brenda that I would like to take insurance for my cellphone and laptop, she advised me to take (call sure) insurance and I did. My phone and laptop were ****** this year around April and when I went to the store they told me that mtn doesn't work with call sure anymore and now that insurance company is giving me problems!<br>
