incomplete delivery ("*****"?)

I ordered a router online, did not take a screenshot of the order because I thought I would have no problems. R449 per month for 24 months. With this order I saw that I will receive for free a 4G LTE router (pocket router) as this was standard a gift with 24 or 36 month deals. I did not receive the pocket router when I received the router on 25 Jan 2023. Ever since I've been phoning, but to no avail. It is really disgusting!!!!!
