Incomplete / defective service

The only reason that i give 1 star is that i cannot give any worse. i have tried to contact MTN for 2 weeks via email and the customer care to cancel my contract but either get the phone put down on me or put on hold. I have requested the recordings from my calls but get no response. I give up on MTN, they are a waste of time
