Incompitant Personel

Hi in my previous complaint I could not get help with cancelling a contract. It took another month to get that right and an extra months payment as I cancelled the contract after the 14th of March 2016 because the 14th was on a Sunday and could not get hold of the relevant person the previous week. But this is not the complaint today. I was listed on ITC for not paying my account. This not true I paid every month although it was not the whole amount but more than what my original monthly payment were before my simcard was ****** and misused. I have paid up the account in the beginning of February 2016, it is now 20 April 2016 and still I have trouble getting my name removed from ITC, where it was not even supposed to be. I ask what do I have to do to I am lost.
