I've been trying do my sim swap with mtn I failed the questionnaire and they gave me an alternative which was to dial *135# which also didn't work I then went to mtn galleria but they were offline and I've been given an option to email all my attachments but still I haven't gotten any response from MTN

I tried calling you on *** @ 11:18 and reached v/mail. I did refer you to 135 because you were not reachable , their notes reflect that you failed the security check.
The documents you sent were not received. There is a RISK involved in doing a SIM swap.
I can assist with a SIM swap on the number: *** provided you email me directly: ***. On the email state the reason for a SIM swap and attach ID copy.
