***********, unprofessional and useless

The level of incompetence is ridiculous I paid my contract for may and June and sent them multiple proof of payment yet my phone keeps getting locked and it’s over a week now and they say my account is in arrears. HOW when I paid 2 months and sent them the proof and they responded and said the account cleared. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is ridiculous if they don’t want us as customers they should say so I am sick and tired of this nonsense
