*********** Stuff in MTN Malvern center KZN

On Black Friday last 2022 , I took Skye buddle with the MTN Malvern Centre KZN THE Consultant who did my contract said I could not use my prepaid number on my contract and I needed my prepaid number on my contract . They told me they will send email to log a ticket number to resolve the issue and they will call back to me, I have been going to the shop for almost 6 times been told the same thing they are waiting. I have dealt with such *********** stuff in that shop even the manager has not yet resolve my issue i have to be the one to go back and check for the follow up and being told they still waiting for email address . This is very disappointing so not deal with that shop because the after service it is ridiculous.
