*********** staff x3

On Tuesday morning i went to the MTN store in Wellington for an upgrade. I normally do all my upgrades at MTN Jan Phillips Plein because they are the BEST!!!!! But unfortunately they do not have stock and my brother do not want to wait.

From the moment i entered the shop i got terrible service. the lady who helped me was not logged into the system so i had to wait while she finish a whatsapp and then log in and then she could assist me.

I then asked her if i can have the Samsung S8 with the Samsung J5 pro. She then had to ask her colleague s how to do it but none of them knew so they had to phone someone to assist them.

I was then told that it would be 2 phones on different contracts and that i would be paying the price advertised as well as an extra R39 or R59 a month for the J5 pro. I asked her why because its advertised as a bundle deal and they cant change it now. She then told me but MTN DECIDED TO CHANGE IT THAT MORNING AND SHE IS ONLY THE SALES PERSON AND CAN NOT HELP WITH WHY THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE IT.

I then told her but they cant do it like that and left the shop as i got nowhere with this lady. I quickly popped in next door to crazy store. One of MTN sales ladies came in to the shop and told the girls of crazy store about me telling them that they have no clue to what they are doing and all of a sudden all eyes where on me. So i hope they enjoyed their skinner but would suggest they learn how contracts work.

Later that day i went to 2 different MTN stores in Paarl and inquired about how this upgrade work. Both of the stores told me that it is 2 contracts BUT YOU DO NOT PAY FOR THE SECOND CONTRACT AS THEIR IS A SPECIAL CODE THAT YOU NEED TO ENTER SO THAT IT DISCOUNT THE SECOND CONTRACT.

So MTN Wellington PLEASE GET COMPETENT PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOU AND NOT THE SKINDERBEKKE WHO IS WORKING THERE NOW.
