I app**** for an upgrade on 2 contracts *** and ***) more than 2 weeks ago. The consultant said that the delivery co. will call me to make arrangements. I advised the consultant that my cellphone is *** .No one called me and they called at my office when I was not in. They were advised to come the following day. I did not receive the delivery. I called again and was advised that MTN is experiencing challenges with the delivery co. and they had sent an email to Modise. She further advised that she will request that the phones be sent to me. I did not receive them. I called the call center again and was transferred at least 3 times to different consultants. I told the last consultant that I did not want to be transferred again and needed an immediate resolution . She refused to provide any assistance or allow me to speak to a supervisor and advised that the initial consultant should have given me the contact number for the delivery company. I explained that I wished to cancel my contract if I could not get a resolution as I was going on leave from 17 Dec 2015. She said she will request Modise to call me. I have received no feedback.
