its been 10 days and MTN has still not removed the legal status of my account . This is the reason why I chose to cancel my contract with MTN . You do not call or send messages yet place my closed account on a legal status. why is this not resolved yet ???? I was told legal was going to back to me and guess what, they did not .

Please resolve this matter TODAY !!!
