*********** Staff at MTN

Last month I complaint about MTN debiting my account three times. And I was told that I am the one that requested that. Last time I checked I have not been declared insane. I was then told to email MTN of which I did. Since then I have not received a response. Despite me asking again to get feedback. This company is basically useless. I sent an email to Thembinkosi Mokwena. I dont understand why is she not responding. Maybe I need to move to a better network. I also dont want an *********** person to respond to my complaint. Can I ask that I get feedback from a person that knows what he/she doing. This is really frustrating. And for the fact that no one is giving me feedback.
