*********** staff

I called MTN after they took over our account from Nashua Mobile. This call was in November 2014. I spoke with Lenore Kearns who confirmed that she would process my migration from the 750 package to the 200 package.

She sent me the migration forms and confirmed that she had received them and that the migration would be processed. She obviously had no intension of processing this. I arrived back in South Africa 2 weeks ago to find that the migration had not been processed. I call many times with the call center putting me through to her with her call not being answered. I then had to send her an email where she responded that she is no longer taking calls? What kind of office is this where sales people don't take calls, or is she not taking calls because she had messed up.

Attached is her response, 3,5 months after she confirm she would process the migration
\Good day Dave

Hello dave@w ,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced with the employee from Nashua Mobile in question.

We can confirm that the migration might have not been processed due to the migration over to MTN with all service requests being stopped to ensure that all customers details, services and packages are correct on our system.

We will be able to assist you with the migration to the MTN Choice 200 package. Please send us the migration forms to *** together with your ID book copy.

Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regards
Tim
