*********** staff

Good Day

My contract has expired in Jan 2019, I was on the black Friday special of 50 gigs extra per month. I have not cancelled my contract as I would have lost out on this as I could upgrade four months before end of contract. I have called in numerous time to query how much I would pay if I just let my contract go on as it is less handset no one could tell me till my contract ended. I called in jan the first week I called in feb I called agen yesterday to make sure, the gentle man did a calculation , that no one could do in nov, jan and first call in feb in the first week. gentle man told me I would be charged r 350,per month if I continued on this my installment is r271 at the moment. I no longer have to pay for the handset why did this increase to r350. im not changing anything on my contract I just want to go on with what I have and pay less the handset. so it should be r271 - ### (handset fee) now its r350. I have done my due diligence to call and make follow ups with mtn to billed correctly, I don't know if the staff is *********** or if mtn does not give there staff the needed resources to help customers. Can surely not be if I called yesterday and suddenly I could be told how much I would pay after being told repeatedly that they could not tell me till invoice was out the gentleman did a calculation involving a 15%. I only received my 2 gigs and 100 min 100 sms at the cost of r271 as per my invoice to go off 20 feb 2019. Why could no staff help me with this regard? as I would have cancelled my contract then and there as I am not will to pay r350 for 2gigs. now im being charged r271 this month where I could have cancelled the contract if I had gotten the correct information in jan already. Now if I cancel my contract I will lose the data I just go yet still pay r271
