I write this as my second review in a day, words cannot experience the level of annoyance I have over the inconsiderate and *********** staff at clearwater MTN. I got a phone call to come pick up my iphone 7, I get there and the wrong one was ordered, the staff says "I thought its the iphone 7" clearly MTN is hiring people who cannot read and verify details before contacting customers. I watsed my petrol, paying for parking tickets in vain and my study time driving to go pick up a iPhone 7+ only to get told to turn back cause they made a mistake, its taking 3 weeks for 1 stupid phone. I'm pretty certain that if I was a different skin colour none of this mess and retardness would have surfaced, I'm pretty gatvol with MTN. I cant believe they after so many years they still havent gotten they act together, will ever happen??
