*********** Service Provider - Part 2

With reference to MTN's reference ***:

MTN has managed to make a bad situation even worse - they managed to cancel my number on the 16th of October! And they don't know why they did it (apparently trying to rectify my ongoing problem?!?)

My brand new phone has since been collected on the 20th of October.

So, 21 days into an upgraded contract I haven't been able to receive calls consistently, my line has been cancelled and they've taken my phone.

I am therefore paying in excess of R700pm for a contract I cannot use, a phone that is not with me anymore and to top it off, I had to buy a pre-paid sim and airtime simply to stay connected!!!!

Now, you understand why I want to cancel my contract and why I cannot fathom why you will simply continue to state that I will be liable for a cancellation fee!!! I can't event get my money's worth for the very first month of the contract and this is the way you treat your customers...

Sad indeed, wonder if I shouldn't consider the tertiary students approach?? Simply make an absolute nuisance of myself in front of your building? You are treating me the same - ignoring the problem and just expecting me to pay. Sad indeed.
