I called MTN in February to have my Debit order changed to the 27th of every month and I was told they don't have that date and I was told that they have to put me on cash payment and not debit order. So I did an EFT payment they suspended my account. then in April I called and spoke to Mpho again to find out if I can change the debit order to the 27th AGAIN I was told yes they can put me on debit order for the 27th but to my surprise my account wasn't debited so I again did an EFT today my account is suspended AGAIN I have been doing electronic transfers since February and yet they have the nerve to suspend my account... After 11 years!!! I am done with this nonsense I need to cancel this ****ty contract with MTN. And whoever is "assisting" on Twitter is so rude and robotic, this is my money ya'll are playing with and I want answers!!! This is NOT how you treat a person who has been loyal to your business for 11 years!!! I'm very annoyed with MTN they don't even acknowledge payments made to them!!!
