I have requested that a pending upgrade and contract be cancelled, this was in april already. I was told contract will be cancelled 12 june as this is when the contract expires. Everytime i phone to follow up i get a different story. Today i phoned again as i keep getting emails about a contract and smss about courier who will deliver the device. I called mtn twice today to enquire about this as i requested the pending upgrade be cancelled and was told it will be done. Today i hear its still pending. And they tried putting me through to retentions twice but they cut the call everytime. I want someone from retentions to call me as i have now had it with you guys
