My husband has had his contracts with MTN for over 22 years. We've never had any problems what so ever. Until around October 2019. We've always been making payment via EFT and always paid you first on payday which is around the 26th of each month. You have now for 4 months in a row suspended our services. Each time you've been sent our proof of payments same day payment was made. I think your services has gone out the window and we are ready to take 3 contracts away from you. Cancelling our contracts totalling R1 000.00 per month. I've had it with this shoddy service. I think your finance department is totally *********** and useless! WP van Zyl ***
