On 31 May 2015 - I renewed my contract (A***) with a LG G3 Beat LGD722.AZAFTN at the Cresta MTN Branch. My tariff being 24 month MTN Choice 100 mins @R289.00, I was debited last month (July) with an amount of R527.60. An upgrade is R105.00. I should have been debited an amount of R394.00. I did lodge a complaint - reference *** and the problem was not resolved. When I dial 808 (Call Centre) - it indicates that I am on a Pay As you Go system - this ludicrous - I have been on a contract with MTN since cellular phones came on the market. I demand that this matter pertaining to the amount I am charged per month be rectified and also reimbursed the difference . I am on CONTRACT with MTN not on a PAY AS YOU GO SYSTEM. Your service is shocking and *********** - after making several calls to your call center. You should be ashamed!
