<p>I was previously an auto page customer and had my account transfered to Mtn when auto page liquidated. Five months since I receive an sms saying that my account is in arrears. Turns out Mtn did not transfer my bank account details and now I am left with a big outstanding bill for their incompetence. I have called the call Centre on a number of occasions and keep being promised that I will be contacted by their credit division but again I have to deal with incompetence. Even spoke to a supervisor who made more empty promises of being contacted. I have an unlimited contract and I will surely be changing networks soon. Well done on losing clients Mtn. </p>
