*********** Mtn Tambotie mall, Randfontein

I have upgraded two contracts in May 2018. Apparently personnel at the Tambotie Mall Mtn outlet are not properly trained, because the wrong pakgages were loaded for both contracts. I logged complaints at the store on several occasions. I am being told that the first complaint was logged in September 2018, while I have reference numbers for earlier complaints. The store manager does not seem to know how to solve the matters and in the mean time I have to pay more than double to what I agreed to, otherwise Mtn suspend my account. I went to the store again yesterday and it the lady said that the store manager will phone me at 09h00. Surprise, no call!!!! If you want effective service, you won't get it at Mtn Tambotie mall.
