My name is khosi Molo Last year October I did a cellphone upgrade and later on on realised that my number was not upgraded and I phoned mtn and general was told that the person who was doing my upgrade loaded the upgrade on incorrect number. November i was invoiced and the debit order went through again in December samebut in December i reversed the money and phoned mtn and I was told that there is nothing they can do since the person who was assisting me made a mistake. This year January I phoned mtn again because they wanted to blacklist me since according to them I m owing R358 I was given numerous references and tickets no and several times I would call and I will be told that the person who assisted me did not log a ticket whatever that is.In June they I was handed over and I phoned mtn and I was given other references the one was for the case to me removed from legal since my ticket was still open the other was for a refund,then I said I don’t want a refund I just want mtn to close this account. Mid June I was told that this matter is closed and I phoned they said my balance is00 but when I check my itc it showed that I m handed over I phoned and I was given another reference and I was told the same again that the person who assisted me did not log any ticket. July 15 mtn debited R358 from my account and I phoned them and they said it will be refunded.toward end of July I phoned mtn requesting a paid up letter I was told to call after 72 hours I did that and I was told that it not showing that I requested it . Then I requested the paid up letter again and made follow ups till today I have not received the letter. Today I phoned again I was told that it’s not showing that I requested it and the system is not working and I should call after an hour I did that but still. MTN is frustrating me I don’t work for mtn I don’t do upgrade but now I must suffer for their incompetence. I must tired of calling them since last year but even today this matter is not resolved when I go the branch they tell me I must call mtn
