A telesales lady by the name of Roseline Smith from Summer mobile called me and offered me a package for R799. I did not accept the package. I then called MTN retention centre myself a lady by the name of Sabo gave me the same offer for R499. I Agreed to the offer. They then incorrectly processed Roselines Smith order instead of the package of R499. I have been calling back for 2 months continously and they continue to promise to rectify it and have the balance of money returned to me. Nothing has happened to this day
