My contract with MTN ended in December 2021, it was impossible to get to relevant department via 135 to terminate the contract, I then opted to writing them an email of which Letta Selepe couldn’t cancel it after giving her all relevant information. 8 months down the line MTN handed that account to their legal team, even after settling that amount they still can’t terminate that useless account.
