*********** MTN & DSV

So firstly this on behalf of my mum , whom recently took a contract with MTN. She was approved and parcel handed over to Dsv Courries . was contacted 5 days prior to delivery .( spoke to consultant whom confirmed delivery details, sms sent with ref number etc for booked date 14/06/2022. On calling dsv to query if the parcel is out, my mum was sent back and forth from MTN to DSV. only to find out at the end of Today the parcel has been marked as suspected ***** . NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN WHY. Now the big joke is that no one bothers to communicate any of this before my mum querying,imagine taking time off because this has been scheduled in advance. Imagine waiting almost a week with excitement ,only to find out this nonsense , parcel being delivered to home address with mum producing original id and proof of residence to courier how the hell can that be **********? Now in the end DSV says the parcel will be sent back to MTN for investigation , who will loose time in all of this ? ISNT THAT WASTING THE CUSTOMERS TIME ?WHY MUST THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS MAKE THE FIRST MOVE ? PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THESE COMPANIES ARE RUN BY A BUNCH OF AMATEURS ! SO DARN ****ED OFF>>>>>>
