It has been a month of me asking mtn to send, in writing on an mtn letterhead, that the case logged ***, Legal status has been lifted. To date my requests remain ignored. I get told someone "cleverer" will revert to me and it has yet to happen. They are all *********** and to make it worse you cannot even get assistance from the branch because they are also dumb and do not know what is happening. Surely to ask a company of mtn's size to just jot down what they have done onto a letterhead cannot be that hard can it? For *********** mtn staff, it is. This is a company I would never recommend to anyone unless you want to lose your sanity.
