I have a contract with mtn since forever and ive never used any other number but the present one im using,suddenly because of mtn incompetence i cant register for anything on the internet as apparently my number does not exist. Ive called mtn since last year to correct that glitch,ive gone to where i upgraded but nothing is done instead im taken from pillar to post yet they chow my money every month. I am now trying to register to buy shares still my number doesn't exist,apparently they changed my number to data only and not calls as they call it . Im supposed to be using it not on the phone but for router which doesn't make any sense. I upload apps like GEPF,Easyequities,sars and topbets but bcos i dont exist even though they debit my account every month. They keep on promising to do something about it to no avail. I upgraded last year may and ive been struggling to date,when people complain about mtn service i did not believe but now i know. Ive never hated a company like i hate mtn as its the most useless *********** stupid company ive ever given my money to. They dont even care about a client they are just like politicians and the government very very ***********. They create even changes that are failures,its management is just sitting there with their fat stomach chowing our monies agreeing to stupid changes that affect consumers and their business badly. The way i hate mtn i have no words to describe it. They agreed to this nonsensical change now they cant undo it like they cant undo their fat stomachs nxa
