My contract with mtn expired in January but they continue to debit my account.<br> I have called to address this matter as well as went in store yet it has not been fixed.<br> I would like my refund back and for mtn to stop debiting my account.<br> <br> This is unacceptable ,I am very disappointed.

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with MTN.
As per our telephone conversation we logged the request to our banking department to investigate with your bank if funds went through successfully and refund R 425.00 it should take within 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account.
