We are trying to get our insurance to pay for our ****** phone but because MTN can't give us the itc number to block or blacklist the phone the insurance cant assist... Apparently MTN cant pick up the number that was on that phone because apparently it was wasn't been used from November but we have prove that the number was used because we have sms's etc from that number, so it's funny that Mtn cant pick that up. We even received our monthly contract airtime but yet they still can't pick that up.... MTN what should we do because we struggling to get the insurance to pay!!!
