I have been trying for the last three days to get someone at MTN to change the number that my One Time Pins gets sent to. The number it is being sent to does not even belong to me. What other security information are they sending to this number? The Call Centre can not help, the supervisor can not help, the technical call centre can not help and the retentions department just want to do my upgrade! I will not do the upgrade unless the number my OTP gets sent to is changed. How can I trust you if you can not even get this right.
