Loaded MTN sky on my phone this morning and after on hour I got a message stating it had expired when it is valid for 30 days. When trying to call customer center either it was in a language I do not understand or they put the phone down on me.

We a truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've now escalated the matter directly to the management team within our Prepaid Department, requested that they investigate the purchase and why it expired so soon.
We've requested that they contact you as soon as they've investigated the matter.
