*********** and useless MTN!!

I had made a manual payment and had specifically mentioned that the agent that I shouldn't be debited again end of the month. But I still got debited. Now it has been ab absolute mission to get it refunded. The agents I spoke to initially said it will be done in 24 hours. I waited for 4 such "24 hours". When nothing moved, called them again and was directed to the credit department. After a couple of days, they said it was processed on Wednesday midnight and will reflect latest Friday morning. Nothing still on Friday and called them again and the sane story that it has been processed. Called then this morning and the excuse it credit department is open again only on Monday. Have gotten seriously fed up with MTN and its *********** and useless service. Seriously have been thinking of suing their asses for their *********** service. Cannot believe the sort of issues I have had with their service for such a massive company! And then they say have their processes in place!! Unbelievable!!
