I called In to get an itemized billing statement as i used my phone for work and needs to claim, the Agent sends me statements with total amounts. I called again and requested an itemized billing statement and was given reference 1- ********** 4146. I was told i willed be charged for it and that is ok. its more then 3 weeks im trying to get simple information from MTN but it seems the whole company is ***********. I have a time frame to claim this so please can you guys actually do some work and send my stuff!!!!

The Itemised Billing will be charged @ R18.86 per month on your next invoice. If you want to cancel the service going forward please call 135. I have put in a request to email you ITB from 16-12-2018 to 16-01-2019. You have asked for it to be emailed to ***.
