*********** AND UNRELIABLE!!!

After being calling for numerous days and waiting for 3 weeks after your contract been approve only to find out that I will not be receiving the phone at all due to the incompetence of the people they have working in their call center.

I was approved for a contract with MTN in the beginning of May. A week after I spoke to Ernest who is of no help, (after the courier company called me and told me the phone can not be delivered due to my name being spelled incorrect.

After speaking to Ernest to correct this error, he insured me the phone will be by me in a week. 2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL WAITING, after I spoke to a Supervisor (WHO IS JUST AS CLUELESS AS THE REST) told me the application is closed due to the name being spelled INCORRECT. Are there any reliable network company which can be advised to me. To receive a new contract which you pay for on such a manner is not the way I want to start business with MTN.

They mislead you and give you wrong information without trying to assist in correcting the problem. Waste of Time and Energy for sure!!
