*********** and lack of service

2019 I had a contract with MTN and it was towards year end. I noticed mid 2020 on all my Bank Statements that MTN was not making debts orders as agreed upon. I had to carry myself to MTN store at Sandton to find out what is going on and I was told that my contract was handed over to the lawyers(saya), where I have been making payments since last year and I had to call to and find out about my payments since I have been getting any invoices and only to find out I apparently done paying and I asked for proof of payment. Also I had to go and close my contract at any MTN store , where I was told that there is no trace of my details on the system and I was given contacts details of the law firm to call and find out what is going on but I was taken back and forth until date. I would literally not recommend any one to MTN or even think of it because it is one of the *********** store with lack of service because now everything seems to be my fault and my router was blocked so I had no access to my packages.
