*********** account team_ messing with credit record

MTN is unable to allocate payments!!! I made a payment on the 7th of November and my account still shows as overdue! I went to MTN morningside to make the payment and I do not know what or where they allocated the payment but these *********** people are messing up my credit record and my account is on hold due to incompetence
