I am absolutely disgusted by the incompetence and lack of concern by MTN staff.<br> <br> I notified the institution to have three of my contracts which had run their 24 month cycle to be terminated at the end of April 2015. This was not granted and I have had to write over ten e-mails to this institution.<br> <br> They have responded to some of my e-mails but still have not been able to attend to my problem. They simply shift the issue from one department to another.<br> <br> I am shocked at such bad service.
