<p>I recently updated my contract with MTN and am now regretting this. I had mentioned to them and filled in the necessary documents to have my account debited for payments which was agreed and which I was assured will be done when I SIGNED the papers. This was never done by them and now I am left with a suspended service.</p> <p>I deeply regret renewing my servcies with them and urge fellow customers not to join them. The last time i posted a complaint about them their rating was around 4 and now it's droppped to 2.7 which tells me I'm not the only client of theirs who has been left frustrated and dissappointed with their services.</p>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly note that our records show that you have more than 2 RD payments in your account which resulted to the change in the payment method. The account is now on cash. If you need to be changed to the debit order again, there needs to be 3 cash payments and the account will be changed.
Kindly find the banking accounts where you can make the cash payment:
Bank : ABSA
Beneficiary Name : MTN SP
Beneficiary Account Number : ***
Branch Code : 632005
Deposit Reference : Your MTN cell phone number or your MTN account number.
