I called MTN on the 29 of November to make cancellation on my contract and the agent said that the contract was canceled, and my last installment will be December. To my surprise yesterday MTN send me billing and when I called them this morning, they told me no cancellation request on the system. I have to pay another month because the stuff didn't do the work. 😡😡
